Great pub with nice friendly staff always nice to relax here with friends and has great live music at times all I would say is the security guard with the tattoos has an attitude problem and is rude to almost everyone that goes in the door...with better security staff this place would be 5 star!

It's always a good time at the local. The owner is a very nice man. Contributes great to the community. He has great nights and fund raisers, birthdays, and dart comps, and to top it off, he gets cracking bands playing also.

The Wagon Tavern

20/12/2024: Technically I cannot rate the food BUT - we arrived late (kitchen had closed) and we were weary hungry travelers passing thru to Cork. The manager suggested we get take away from the chippie next door and bring it back to enjoy at the tavern. We did and he poured us a few perfect pints of Guinness to accompany our meal. The crowd and atmosphere was perfect and we felt very much welcome and at home. Thank you ! Next time we will get in on time for supper!
