Chez Max in Dublin

Chez Max is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a relaxed lunch in the heart of Dublin. We stopped in for lunch and came away impressed by both the quality of the food and the value, especially considering its central location. The sandwich special was outstanding. It was made with fresh, quality ingredients, generously filled and packed with flavour. It was the sort of simple dish that is elevated by good produce and careful preparation rather than unnecessary complexity. The portion size was generous and made for a thoroughly satisfying lunch. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with the feel of a traditional French bistro. It’s comfortable and unpretentious, making it an easy place to settle in for a leisurely meal while taking a break from sightseeing around the city. Service was friendly, efficient and attentive throughout our visit. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured everything was delivered promptly without making us feel rushed. For anyone exploring central Dublin, Chez Max is well worth considering for lunch. Between the excellent sandwich special, quality ingredients, welcoming atmosphere and good value, it offers an enjoyable dining experience that exceeded our expectations. We’d happily return on a future visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a reliable, relaxed lunch in the city centre

This is my favourite lunch spot on a warm sunny day. The lunch special plat du jour is great and it's located far enough back from the street that it seems quiet and calm and for a brief moment you can even imagine that you are in Paris as you people-watch. Oooh la la.

Such a lovely spot! Stumbled upon it walking around Dublin. Patio is perfect, moules, steak frites were both divine! Don’t miss it!
