31/10/2025: Too bad we missed the Michelin era of this restaurant, but in its current incarnation it still is undoubtedly one of the best Japanese restaurants in Ireland. I'm not a big cold soba fan normally, but now I'm a convert. The duck was sublime, and the cherry on top was a beautiful matcha panna cotta to finish the dinner. We will come back to Cork, specifically for this restaurant. This is in my top 3 Japanese restaurants in Ireland, in league with Matsukawa in Dublin and Wa Sushi in Galway.
