Chocolate Brown Portlaoise in Portlaoise

I was served a very good Cappuccino here and to me it's the best I've had in Portlaoise. I'll be back!

A short stopover that was worth it. The service was friendly and accommodating. The coffee and tea were perfect and the cookies were heavenly. The café doesn't seem so new anymore, but everything is very clean.

Walked in on my day off to get a turmeric latte but no turmeric in stock so i ordered the beetroot latte for the first time. It was made with oat milk and was presented very well with a nice design on top. The latte was delicious and would purchase it again for €3.80. Chocolate brown is located on the mainstreet of Portlaoise and has a nice layout and vibey place to sit and relax with a coffee. Will return again!!!

This was a most unexpected discovery. It's a quirky little place with a European feel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food, coffees and teas delicious.

Never had a problem with this cafe since it opened years ago. Coffee and food have always been good. It’s a good place to have a quiet coffee at the back.
