Nice cosy room for ultimate lunch. I loved it. If apple pie was warm I'd give 5 stars

If you are tired and hungry after visiting the castle and its giant garden, this place is perfect stop for refreshing lunch or dinner. They have traditional irish dishes including Irish stew. It was really well made and delicious and we really needed such a treat after spending hours walking around Blarney gardens in cold december day. Staff was friendly and service was super fast altough the place was almost full.

Home of the real best fish and chips in Blarney ;) The atmosphere here is very nice and the staff is as kind as can be, but the food! Oh the food is amazing. I come from a place with very good fish and chips, so for my first fish and chips in Ireland, I wanted to make sure I was not going to be disappointed. And I was not! The fish was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I've never had these mushy peas everyone always talks about and all I could imagine was was not good. But they were fantastic. If anyone wants to know what they are like whose never had them, I would say it's like eating a delicious pea soup, but thick with whole peas. And the fries are perfect. No notes. My only issue is not with this restaurant but with the fact that halibut is not a local fish here like it was back in the PNW. There halibut is the pricey option for your fish and chips and I liked ordering it purely for the opportunity to tell my "just for the halibut" joke. Now that we are moving here this little joke will just have to live on in my head and give me a private giggle when ordering fish and chips.

We only stayed for drinks, they had a great selection, even got some lovely hot chocolates too. Staff were brilliant and there was a great atmosphere. Unfortunately there wasn't much in the way of vegetarian food options. The one alternative main I saw was offered at the same price as the premium meat option, I didn't really feel they were equal value meals so we went elsewhere to eat. A real shame as we were staying at the hotel and had hoped to have most of our meals here but it did make us explore a little further.

Dinner was great and affordable. Had the ribeye steak with peppercorn sauce, so yummy. Mrs. had the fish and chips. Portions were generous and tasty. Overall we like the vibe, seems to attract more locals than tourists. We were there for two hours and could have stayed longer. Note that dinner service starts at 5, if you're a bit early have some pints and watch golf on the telly. 🥂

Surprisingly good pub food right next to the mill. Really enjoyed my toasted club sandwich and hubby was very impressed with the chowder. The price was great too

Making our way up that narrow spiral staircase to kiss the Blarney Stone was something amazing. Who would’ve thought, that little pub in their shopping area would have the greatest Irish stew that I have had in my life. The meat was so tender. The potatoes were soft and creamy…and the flavor was absolutely delicious. The chef has to be some kind of magician. The staff there was also top notch. You would never think that you were in a “tourist” bar. They were so helpful and sweet to everyone that walked though the door. I wish I would’ve gotten all their names, but being a tourist myself, I had a bus to catch. Great job Christy’s. You have shown me and my family the true meaning of Irish hospitality. If I’m ever back in Ireland, I can guarantee that I will make a special trip to your place for a bowl of that Irish stew.

Came here with my wife, I had the the chicken burger.. Omg to die for really delicious.. best chicken burger I’ve had in a long time. The wifey had fish n chips i believe it was also very tasty. Highly recommend you check it out for yourself!

Food was decent with big portions...But the service was so bad that It had to have been on purpose ...we literally had to walk up to her and then she just walked away mid order...she was so helpful with all the other tables Is why we think it was intentional...3 stars is actually a favor

Great pub for a pint. Friendly staff and super service. Overall a very nice experience.
