The Claregalway hotel is a nice place to stay, close to very important attractions in the area of Galway. The room are big and clean. They have a pool you can use for entertainment and kids club with fantastic staff. My kids were delighted with it. The restaurant have a lovely selection of food and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any problems you might have during you stay. Very happy with experience.

The hotel and rooms are clean and of a high standard. One star deducted for the strange, soapy, salty water in the pool and jacuzzi.

Good hotel, friendly staff, beautiful and clean, modern rooms. Very nice and clean bathroom with amenities like shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The pool water should be replaced, in my opinion, but it's manageable. A plus is that you get a towel and a swimming cap at the reception desk, and you can also take swimming goggles. The location is so-so, but better than the four-hour drive from Dublin. I recommend it if you're interested.

The Claregalway Hotel is a comfortable place to stay just outside Galway city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities such as a pool, gym, and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, though some areas feel a little dated and could do with an update. Overall, it’s good value for money and a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, friendly staff, very clean and lovely pool area. But for a person with celiac disease, I had dinner and it was amazing so tasty and I felt confident they were taking precautions, the next morning I ordered a gluten free full Irish and almost instantly after eating the swelling began full on I had been “glutened”
I did let them know, they apologised but insisted the chef assured it was gluten free, my body disagrees!
