10/09/2026: I finally got around to trying Roots Café & Bistro in Claregalway on my last day in Galway, having wanted to visit for a while. I had the classic Eggs Benedict for breakfast, and it was delicious. The food was fresh and well prepared, and I would happily return next time I’m in the area.
