This is the quirkiest bar I've ever been in, ever! There are lots of little private cubby holes to enjoy a pint, some of them even have lights in them! A bit of eclectic music playing in the background, a lovely place to spend a couple of hours in.

Really nice old world atmosphere in the bar. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Old fashioned local bar. Highly recommended.

10/03/2024: They took very long for our takeaway order. The shawarma is not served as a sandwich.
19/02/2024: The food was delicious specially the steak with garlic potatoe, the taste and portion is good, the atmosphere is great and overall I'm very impressed. The staff were super friendly!

25/03/2024: Very popular and busy pub. Lovely, friendly and efficient staff. Great atmosphere and sense of community, the pub attracts young and old. Barlow has put a lot of effort into growing the business and making everyone feel welcome. Prices are reasonable. Served by taxis as well as the D4 and D5 local bus routes and only 300 metres from the railway station. Quality live music is also a regular attraction. Recommended.
