22/02/2026: Great experience. We love staying here. One thing though, my car was badly damaged in the carpark. Not sure if there's CCTV in that area but would be great to find out how & when it happened.

10/03/2026: Visited this coffee shop today for the first time, and we were impressed! I love the interior, the location, and lastly the matcha was so amazing! Only few coffee shops can make nice matchas and they’re definitely one of the great ones out there! Highly recommend when in Laytown Beach!

30/01/2026: Saw a youtuber reviewing here a few weeks ago and thought was very very harsh tbh. Food, service, atmosphere and pricing I thought were all good. We were dining in restaurant, delivery from anywhere is always not going to be as good as dining in again imo. I'd recommend and go again.

25/03/2026: A great typical Irish bar. They did a fantastic deal for the Cheltenham race festival. The staff are friendly and efficient, the Guinness was excellent and the beef stew delicious. Great atmosphere, craic and value.

23/03/2026: We are regulars of Il Forno and we love it there! Such a cozy restaraunt. Food is always delicious and portions are generous. We have noticed prices increasing though but I do still think its worth it given the portions. In regards to service I want to specifically talk about last night we were there for my fiancés birthday and we were looked after by a young girl named Leah. I have to say she is an absolute star! She was so pleasant and polite and nothing felt like a big ask! We hope to see Leah again! I hope the management are very proud to have her on the team.

21/02/2026: Really lovely venue. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful and food is great. My second time visiting and will definitely be back again. So difficult to get a nice reasonably priced restaurant mid week for a quick bite.

11/09/2025: Had our monthly OAP's retired colleagues coffee morning here. Very nice surroundings and staff. Prices good too.

30/01/2026: Amazing restaurant staff where the friendliest they could be always asking if everything was ok food was amazing heavily recommend the tagliatelle mare fruti and there ice cream was very good as well and the atmosphere was amazing with music playing not too loud but not too low

21/03/2026: Easily the best breakfast in Louth if not Ireland. Staff always a pleasure to deal with, Jayne especially, always full of craic and great with our 4 year old son. Food is delicious and as for portion size, I’ll let the picture speak for itself. 10/10

16/03/2026: Had dinner on Mother’s Day so the restaurant was packed and we were a large family group. The food was good but the service was excellent - friendly, fast and attentive.
