13/07/2024: Me and my hubby are new in the area and decided to have a take away today. We have been very warm welcomed by Joe and his team. The food was delicious, very big portions and served extremely fast. Thank you guys, as I said you have gained now two more regular customers.

31/10/2024: The food was terrrrriblee. We ordered fish and chips and dinner box, the fish was the worst. It’s taste like I was eating a piece of metal. It smelled the same. Very weird and gross, and the chicken was so dry inside and so grassy outside and bland. The guy was at the till especially and the other staff were very gentle and kind but the food was absolutely terrible. My 25€ is in trash now… Not recommended..

02/11/2024: Food when sitting always good. Since under new management prices have again increased. A simple bag of chips is getting daft expensive, for example. Best curry sauce in town.
12/09/2024: Best fish & chips in Drogheda in old authentic chipper. Massive menu. Service is basic and unobtrusive.

03/12/2024: Food is very tasty however the atmosphere from the front counter staff needs a serious injection of motivation. Barely any eye contact or smiles from anyone to customers coming in within eye vision from the waiting area. They look like they've been told it's their last day working there. Management need to retrain these young staff members to keep eyes up, smiles on and whatever is bugging you, leave it outside the door or discuss with their immediate manager. One member of staff threw the F word to the cooking staff which what seemed to be an order not quite right to her. She was that comfortable saying it, it was probably not the first time it came out of her mouth in front of customers.
27/11/2024: 20+ minutes waiting for a simple burger meal on a quiet evening 🤔 and it’s not the first time.

13/08/2024: Got a family spicy box 12" yesterday Monday evening, there was loads in it comfortably feed 3 adults with some leftover , only problem was it wasn't seasoned enough in the salt and chill seasoning couldn't really taste much of it off the chips none of the chicken balls and the curry sauce was very mild in my opinion and I'm not a lover of mad spicy stuff and plus side the ribs where very meaty and the chicken wing where also nice just not enough seasoning maybe I'll put it down to being a Monday as I have heard good reviews from here but id not be in a hurry to try it again.

16/11/2024: Used to be a great venue gone way down after the last renovations were done. Not as nice a crowd drinking in there now and the pool tables are a pain in a busy bar. Foods not too bad but that's about all it has going for it
10/11/2024: Very disappointed booking service.Let me book in table for Christmas party online,but after 2 days i got call that they do not have any tables for that day,then offer me table on next day,i said i will call you back in one hour to confirm just hold this table for me and i will let you know.I ask her do i need to call the same number?She said YES.After we talk i call her back in 2 min. No answer the phone,call 5 times, still no answer, call next day no answer,left voicemail,didnt get call back,send them email to: bookings@weaversvenue but email does not exist.(when i send email first time maybe 3 days ago this email was working) but after our conversation on the phone this email does not exists.

Ordered a chicken wings and was not served after almost we finished our dinner.
22/10/2024: I have been eating in Soi for many years and can always trust it to deliver. The food always tastes immaculate and that's credit to the kitchen. The food tastes fresh and I can only imagine the ingredient's are high quality. I would recommend to anyone :)
Staff always helpful as well.

09/12/2024: I went here for the first time in a few years. Place was dead quiet which is never a good sign, food arrived both overcooked and undercooked. I could only eat half of it before having to give up. It was a rather steep price to pay for the food as well. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

25/08/2024: Very bad food, tasteless, salads were old and watery, meat pieces very big and hard. Never coming again.
01/08/2024: What a place! The staff is friendly and nice, they are open until 12am (midnight) and the portions are huge. I think a kebab can be shared by two people and the chicken goujon meal with fries are enough to share too.
Also, authentic Asian flavours, you should tell them if you don't like spacy or anything in particular. The orred literally took five minutes to be done.
