I’ve stayed here regularly and am a frequent global traveler. I would rank this hotel as an all time favorite. The breakfast is fantastic and special callout to the gentleman that hosts the breakfast as he is a true gentleman and the rest of the staff are simply brilliant. Well done to the management and staff, including the bus drivers. All around professional and a high standard of service.

Lovely clean and warm hotel with friendly staff

This hotel offers very comfortable rooms with all the amenities you'd expect from a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐. We booked a triple room and had two very large single beds and a queen-sized bed in the middle. The mattresses are very thick and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent. The staff is smiling, friendly, and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back!

Reception staff let this place down. Other than that a great stay. Breakfast is great. Upgraded room was a bonus, as was the coffee machine. Free bus from airport.

Everything was ok at our stay. Just a few things that bugged the both of us. 1. The restaurant menu wasn’t very extensive. 2. The pillows on the bed were horrible couldn’t really sleep and there were no extra different pillows like you would usually find in hotels which led to both of us waking up multiple times. 3. Not having EV charging in the underground car park is disappointing especially if you going a long journey away and want to leave it there plugged in. 4. Got my breakfast and put it at the table and made a coffee by the time I sat down it wasn’t even cold it was freezing cold which was really disappointing cause it would have actually been a 8 or 9 out of 10 if that was the case. So overall it was 6/10 stay for us.

It was a comfortable stay, quiet hotel and a comfortable bed. The shower is just not good, getting in and out of the tub can be a bit sketchy, the water pressure was meh and the water temperature would fluctuate from scolding to cold. Additionally, the heater is a bit odd to operate. Otherwise, all good, a place to stay before an early flight.

Short 5 hours layover stay. The room AC was not working and there was a q-tip on the floor (not ours). We did mention to reception who suggested a change of rooms but at that point we just wanted to sleep to maximize our 5 hours. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming.

With the free shuttle, accessing the airport is a breeze. Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the water, tea selections, and biscuits. There was a variety of food available and the lobby area is a great place to relax.

Very supportive and friendly staff, starting with the female bus driver (helping with information and heavy luggage). The room was well-fitted (even with an iron) and had a comfortable armchair. The large bed was really comfortable. Early breakfast (from 6am) is appreciated. Large parking spaces underneath available, with the possibility of leaving your car even if you are not a guest.

Pleasant stay as usual, the Hotel offers pleasant service and within vicinity of so many amenities. Rooms are comfy, clean and spacious, the breakfast is certainly full of variety and well thought. Secure parking (hint: go to Basement if you want space, you could park a train there... Save yourself the hassle of hunting for a spot on Lower Basement which is usually a nightmare).
