The Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland's most famous natural landscapes. They are located on the west coast of County Clare. They are about 8 kilometers long and reach 214 meters at the highest point. Composed of limestone and shale, these cliffs were formed during the Paleozoic Era about 350 million years ago and are an important research site for geology and ecology. The cliffs attract large numbers of visitors, with stunning views and diverse bird habitats such as puffins and gulls.

A ver, yo estuve en la parte de abajo. Es un sitio de café y sándwiches preparados tipo vending. No recibí más de lo que esperaba pero dado que vas con el tiempo justo para ver los acantilados, deberían tener alguna opción de algo más de calidad en ese lugar del estilo Starbucks o similar. Incluso un Mc Donalds

We were visiting the Cliffs of Moher and there isn't many places to eat except at the visitor's center. Having no choice we ate at the Cliff View Cafe which is upstairs. We were presently surprised at the choice and quality of the food they offered. One side was for cold dishes, sandwich, baked goods and lots of desserts. The other side had hot food and since the day was a bit cool we decided to have some of their Irish stew and it was very good. We hadn't had much luck with food served at similar locations or attractions. The seating was what you would expect at a very busy tourist destination cafeteria.

19/01/2025: I know you hear it all the time but I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars! ⭐️ I was skeptical booking this last minute B&B and I couldn’t have been more in love and obsessed. From the moment we got to the inn, we were greeted and immediately shown to our room which was beyond our expectations! Side note, they went the extra mile giving us a little welcome basket which was beyond kind. They ensured we had dinner reservations and can I say the food was AMAZING?! The whole vibe is so cozy. Not only the food and accommodations, the staff was out of this world kind, prompt, accommodating, easy, friendly and like I was a local. People make the trip memorable and this staff did just that. If you are looking for an amazing service, clean and cute room, great vibe, and experience… couldn’t recommend enough. Already looking forward to coming back!

01/02/2025: Visited McHughs today for some lunch. We all ordered Bangers and Mash. Absolutely delicious. Tasty and plentiful. Two of us had sticky toffee pudding for dessert and one had apple pie. All were absolutely scrumptious. It was such a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere in McHughs and the lady who served us was friendly and not intrusive. We will definitely be back here again. A very big thumbs up from me!!
