Hello, I was shopping in Arnotts and I am very happy with it. I bought some items and Saia, one of the lady from cosmetics store helped me with what to choose. She was very patient, very truly in her proffesion and also share with me her own experience. The service was on the highest level. I recommend this shopping mall. Thank You.

Excellent customer service from Derek Cronin in the furniture dept of Arnott’s Dept Store. I bought chairs yesterday and Derek was very professional and his advice was very valuable. I would highly recommend Derek and his customer friendly approach which was is above the norm.

Arnotts is one of my favourite stores to shop in. Without it I don't think I would ever go shopping in the Henry Street area. Today I was greeted and treated wonderfully by Orla in the COACH shop who did a great job putting my initials on to my bag tags. Thank you Orla! Joan
