Clodagh's Kitchen in Dublin

Thank you so much to everyone in House of CB. I believe it has only just opened. They have the most beautiful party and occasion dresses. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable about their stock, and we're so kind in getting sizes / colour options from the stock room . A big shout and thank you to Emily and Jamie !!!

I was so happy with the service I received at the perfume on the ground floor earlier today. Emma, who served me, went above & beyond to make sure I got what I was after and was wonderful to deal with. She gave excellent customer service and deserves high praise.

Lucy & her assistant were very helpful. They ordered 2 items from Head Office & Cork branch but unfortunately 1 of them couldn't be posted direct to me. So I'll have to go back to the store at some stage to collect, but never mind.

First time in Arnotts was a nice experience although the perfume section was a bit intense but that can be expected, helped by lovely lady in French connection think Diana was her name. Security was a bit rude to us even though it was still 5 mins before close and we were already leaving.

The girls in the lynott stand are absolute credit to the company made me feel so comfortable and we’re just kind and friendly!! Couldn’t recommend the team enough ❤️

When I go to Dublin with my Granddaughter (center) I really like to go for lunch to the cafe/restaurant at Arnotts. It's a nice place, with very friendly staff and the food is very good.

New furniture department...looks amazing..all on 1 floor

During our recent stay in Dublin, we experienced the best customer service, thanks to Nenad at Arnotts. We were on the hunt for a Versace perfume, and Nenad made the entire process seamless. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and guided us towards two fragrances that we absolutely love. His patience and professionalism were remarkable, as he answered all our questions and encouraged us to take our time before making a decision. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received. Nenad truly goes above and beyond, and he deserves the highest recognition within the store. I sincerely hope that Arnotts' management acknowledges the dedication of exceptional staff like him. Nenad, hats off to you, and wishing you all the best in your future endeavors!
