I went into Kate Spade recently to purchase earrings and a necklace for my bridesmaids and I was assisted by nicole. She really went above and beyond and made sure the presentation of the items are beautiful. We had a good chat about weddings and it was a really nice experience. She should be staff member of the year.

Caroline from the Chanel makeup counter provided me with excellent customer service yesterday evening. She went above and beyond to help me source a product for my mother’s birthday. Caroline contacted BT Dundrum and was kind enough to advise me to call their store and reserve my item. She was very well presented and efficient. I would highly recommend shopping with her as a consultant. Thank you.

Myself and my husband went today to look at garden furniture. We dealt with an absolutely lovely girl called Saoirse. She was very attentive knowledgeable and friendly. Talked us through the different products on display and gave us good advice on what she thought may be suitable for our needs. Even after I asked her about a million different questions she never looked anything other than professional and engaged. We will defiently be going in during the week to make a purchase, we just need to decide on the two we've narrowed it down to. They have some fab items on display.

I want to highlight Emily in the basement floor for her Excellent Custome Service. Not only did she take time and care to help me with options for selecting my gift, she was understanding and genuinely interested in the product that I needed. A Beautiful Attitude and a Fantastic Personality.

I bought make up from the Clarins counter in Arnotts today. The salesperson -Sandra- was so helpful and took a lot of time to ensure that I was happy with my choice of product. it was such a positive experience that I went to the shoe department and with the very pleasant help of Mirela I bought a pair of Ecco shoes. Two great sales assistants.

Large shopping center with quality brands at affordable prices. Still, a pleasant visit.

Don’t trust customer service!! They don’t seem to be able to to their one job! Chose to pretend they stocked a certain brand in store rather than say the truth that they didn’t!! Wasted my time going in and trying to navigate it, to be pointed in multiple different directions and come to the conclusion they simply didn’t stock such. They should have more consideration and know their store, especially being a “high end” retailer.

My partner and my go to place when we want to either treat ourselves / find newest items in market/ quality in items or just visiting city but avoid the roughness outside 🙈 Love the whole store’s energy, and always end up finding good stuff- from kitchen to electronics to lifestyle to Christmas to furniture to clothing. What I like about them is that they keep improving themselves with time - gradually- over the time I’ve seen them change furniture vendors, kitchen appliance vendors- increasing specialty sections etc. Love their premium non toxic candle collection always! Top notch 👏
