I love this place, excellent, but the Glance of some of the employees in the clothing department are silly, please pay attention, because it is a great place, the customer should not feel Unwelcome , it is really annoying.

Fantastic store but I can’t help it feel the electronics department is a little bit lacklustre… You have everything on display that is important and working its truely amazing. Dyson headphones = Amazing Phones and tablets = Amazing Everything is plugged in and charged = Amazing Tucked away in the basement = not great Sandhwiched between a Christmas shop, bargain shop and sports shop = not great I think it’s causing a problem with the layout because it’s something that needs to move but you don’t know where to put it due to customer familiarity. I think keeping it closer to where the barbers was would have been better.

Sabrina in the beauty department was so friendly and kind upon my visit to Arnotts. She knew the layout of the shop really well and she was super helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the shop.

Visted arnotts today to look for a birthday present for my sister in visited clarin department and was meet with a warm hello Tatiana smile was so warm she asked me if could help me I explained i was looking for an birthday present for my sister my budget was 50 to 60 Tatiana showed me a few gift products which I was clueless about but Tatiana took the time to explain the products. I picked a set and then Tatiana asked me would I like it gift wrap as she knew it was a present She told to take seat she would be 2 mins Oh my god it was beautiful when she came over with it To say im bowed over with her energy and communication is a understatement Please pass on my sincere thanks to Tatiana. She's a credit to your store Many thanks 😊

I came to Arnotts on a mission to find myself a mascara. Sabrina was very helpful, friendly and professional. She offered the perfect product for me. She defo knows her stuff. Also did a dermo read. Amazing experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Arnotts Beauty, especially at the Lancôme counter. Sabrina was incredibly friendly and attentive. She kindly offered me a skin scan and explained all the results very clearly, along with helpful advice and product recommendations tailored to my skin.
