I went to buy a sunglasses and I had a very good experience with a guy named Caio who helped me to chose my sunglasses. He was patient, smart, very positive, truly and very helpful. Because of him I went to buy one and actually got 2 for different occasions.

Today, I went to the sunglasses pop-up, and Caio looked after me in a very kind way. He guided me through the new RayBan+Meta smart glasses, explaining all the features. Amazing customer service!
