Clodagh's Kitchen in Dublin

Aoife in footwear is amazing - so customer focused - nothing too much trouble - as a result bought 2 pairs! Well done Aoife thank you for your patience and attention

Dublin's large, high-end department stores have many brands and a wide selection of products.

I recently went shopping for a new frying pan and was quite overwhelmed by the sheer variety on offer. I cannot praise ELIJAH highly enough for his professionalism, patience and exceptional product knowledge. He was initially explaining the different qualities of frying pans to another customer, and I joined the conversation as we were both looking for something similar. Thankfully, the lady didn't mind! Elijah took the time to explain the differences in quality, materials and performance, making the whole experience both informative and enjoyable. He even went out of his way to check the stockroom to find the exact 28cm frying pan I was looking for. I can genuinely say that I would have hired this gentleman on the spot! It is incredibly refreshing these days to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. Truly outstanding customer service. Elijah is an absolute credit to the store, and I hope management recognises what an exceptional employee they have.

One of my favourite depertment stores in Dublin. Personnel is helpful and give good professional advise.

Very well maintained place and it has a lot of variety with affordable to extremely expensive options. Good place for shopping

Many thanks to Anastasiia for the professional consultation about Tom Ford perfumes.

Stopped by YSL in Arnotts today and Sabrina was there. She was so helpful, kind and lovely, and really made my shopping experience so nice. Thank you Sabrina!

Uptown shopping experience. Everything you need under one roof. Very helpful staff

I love this place, excellent, but the Glance of some of the employees in the clothing department are silly, please pay attention, because it is a great place, the customer should not feel Unwelcome , it is really annoying.
