Up market place, rooms were old and dated, staff were helpful, food was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Clonakilty Park Hotel for a hen party on February 14th 2026, and couldn’t recommend it more. We stayed in the holiday houses, which were ideal for a group — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for getting everyone together while still having plenty of room. We also had our evening meal in the hotel, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. They really looked after us and helped make the evening feel special. A big thank you to the team at Clonakilty Park Hotel for your hospitality and for helping make our weekend so enjoyable. We had a brilliant time and made great memories!

We went for a night with our 2 kids. We opted to eat in the bar as my son and husband wanted to watch the GAA we were advised after our meal they needed our table back and we had to move with no where else to sit we ended up having to head back up to our room. Had the chicken supreme and portion size was very small for 25euro not worth it disappointed in the food. And when we were in bed we could hear the wind and rain only to realise the window in our room was broken and couldn't close. No bottled water provided in the rooms no problem going down to the bar for it but would be handy to have some supplied all other hotels we have stayed in have a couple bottles of water provided. Kids play area is nice swimming pool is nice family disco and bingo was grand breakfast was fine but hate to say underwhelmed for how much it cost to actually stay there especially after driving over 2 hours to get there.

We stayed at the clonakilty park hotel me and my boyfriend and 5 year old there is so much for kids at the hotel our little boy loved it and we're coming back again in Aug weekend we loved it 😊the breakfast was lovely and so much to choose from 😁🍳🥐defo wud recommend for everyone especially with kids 5 star

Great place for a family break. Plenty to do onsite all day, beaches and walks close by. Great staff and great value.

Very nice room-modern and clean. Food good in the bar but breakfast is basic. Staff are very pleasant. Pool and kids areas are nice. Overall though we had a bad experience staying there with noise at night from other guests, and notified reception with the details.

I recommend it for families with children. The food is good, the rooms are nice, and the bunk beds are great for kids. There are plenty of attractions for children at the resort.
