20/07/2026: This is exactly what you imagine an Irish bar to be like: you listen to Irish music while enjoying a chilled cider or Guinness, with a different singer performing each time, accompanied by various instruments. Simply a must-visit.

05/07/2026: Very busy and popular spot. The food and service were excellent. The staff were very busy but had time for every one.

11/08/2026: Good food in a beautiful Irish pub with all sorts of different nooks and knick-knacks. The Guinness tasted delicious and the food was fine for a pub too.

11/08/2026: Excellent. Highly recommended. Small alcoves for dining. Suitable even with young children. Budget-friendly. Very friendly waitress. P.S.: Don't park in the church parking lot... The gate is locked with padlocks at 6:30 pm... 😉 Unless you know the priest.

19/07/2026: The food great here the have a student saver box. The sausages are all different and delishpus and so is there potatoes. the people make it too. Makes a huge difference when people are passionate about your food.

16/07/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting Cork. My wife and children wanted to try it, and we weren't disappointed! The staff was very friendly, and the selection was impressive! The hot dogs were beautiful, large, and delicious!

21/08/2026: Everything was good - service, coffee, scones (fresh), coffee cake (proper whisked sponge), fresh bread sandwiches (proper crusty loaf). Quirky memorabilia only added to the atmosphere. Well done all.

13/08/2026: One of the cutest cafes I've come across, tucked in the Spillers Lane. The vibe was of a grandma's home. The home baked goods are to die for. Definitely visiting again!!

05/08/2026: We were passing through the city and looking for a place to eat with a child. At first glance, the restaurant didn’t seem special, but the food turned out to be surprisingly delicious. The chicken in the Caesar salad had a subtle Middle Eastern spice twist, which didn’t spoil the dish at all — it actually made it unique. The chicken wrap and the pizza were also very tasty. Highly recommend.

02/08/2026: Toasted sandwich was dreadful. No white bread and no ham. The falafel was tasty, could do with s bit of sauce as it was a bit dry but the flavour was authentic. Coffee wasn't too bad.

27/07/2026: Lovely food, very accommodating and a good atmosphere. Unfortunately while our main server, Maria, was very nice and professional, some of the others however seemed a little inconvenienced in attending to customers.

07/06/2026: Really a lovely place! I enjoyed to have a beer before dinner during my stay in Clonakilty. A mixed crowd, a wonderful staff. Great!

05/06/2026: Maggie draper is the best bartender ever. Absolutely top-class bartender. Not only did they remember my drink order after the first round, but they somehow managed to understand my increasingly questionable explanations as the night went on. Their cocktail-making skills are so good that I briefly considered becoming a regular just to watch them work. Friendly, quick, and equipped with the patience of a saint, they kept the drinks flowing and the banter even better. If customer service were an Olympic sport, they’d be standing on the podium while the rest of us were still trying to find our tabs. Highly recommend—though they may have set my expectations for all future bartenders impossibly high.” 🍸😂

13/08/2026: Went for a quick brunch and wasn't disappointed. Had the amazing chilaquiles, it was one of the best ones I've had.

09/08/2026: Read the end ? Got food from J&J street food, absolutely sublime, it was so delicious, cooked to perfection, served with pleasure. This is a rare find for takeaway food. It's whats dreaming foof is about. And to top it off the price was unbelievable value for money. THE BEST I HAVE GOT IN ALL MY TRAVEL IN IRELAND, I have been in every town there is. (9 months later) Came back to this establishment 9 months later and it has completely changed the food is now mediocre at best, pity, for definite I won't be back 🤔.

15/08/2026: I love oak fire pizza, this is one of my favourite local pizza locations, though as a lactose intolerant i noticed one thing, the vegan cheese. The vegan cheese in the past years was a cashew made one, it was almost exactly like mozzarella, I would constantly rave about this pizza, but now it is seemingly a coconut oil based one. Don't get me wrong the food is still amazing, but personally the new cheese is less pleasant than before.

15/06/2026: Fabulous hotel with parking available right outside on our arrival! Lovely staff, wonderful room. Extremely comfortable with lots of lovely touches, wasn't expecting a gift upon check out! Wonderful location, close to town.

09/06/2026: Great location. We were concerned about parking but there was no issues. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was very cosy, slept well. Food was average. Nice touch giving a candle at checkout. Would stay again.

04/08/2026: Went for brunch having taken part in Clonakilty parkrun. Food and drinks are excellent. Sat outside, great service and a popular spot.

24/07/2026: Delicious tuna melt, nice wine and a beautiful setting.

28/06/2026: Definitely targeted to kids and young families. Not recommended if you don't enjoy children running around everywhere. Even at 11pm, kids still running around in the lobby. Hotel seems recently renovated and pleasant.

14/06/2026: Im really impressed with this hotel. The food is absoutely stunnning in the bar/bistro. The mushroom arancini starter, and black pudding gyoza were unbeilevable. Fish and chips was best ive ever had. Then desserts browine with salt and carmel, wow . 10/10 hats off to the chef and staff and extremely hard working staff. Well done guys ye are excellent. Spa and pool has been also top notch cant fault it ,sauna and hottub excellent .
