This is exactly what you imagine an Irish bar to be like: you listen to Irish music while enjoying a chilled cider or Guinness, with a different singer performing each time, accompanied by various instruments. Simply a must-visit.

This place is amazing. Proper old school pub. Good pour of a pint, and all sorts of interesting music memorabilia on the walls. Great staff as well and very laid back atmosphere.

We went on a Wednesday so not an official music night but a regular guy plays in the bar with a couple of pals. Pleasant songs and a decent pint

I recently visited Clonakilty and popped into DeBarras on Wednesday night where Chris and Co. was leading a pass-the-guitar-around sing song. It was fantastic and a highlight of my visit to Clonakilty. Over the course of a few days I ended up back in DeBarras a total of three times. Such a treasure of a pub and venue and a real stellar spot for music.

One of the coolest place I have ever been in my life! I am Italian and love the Irish culture, and this pub is definetely my favourite one! I enjoyed the staff, soooo nice! And I enjoyed the place in itself, you can feel the soul of people that have been here, even from the past! I loved the way people gather to listen to good music, to stay together, to have a nice time. Hope to be there once again soon!

We ended up at DeBarra's on a Monday evening via a travel guide. Every evening there is live music by local musicians. The atmosphere is intimate, and you can sit comfortably in front of the fireplace. Highly recommended.
