Clonmel Park Hotel in Clonmel

We recently stayed there at the end of July for 1 night. Rooms are immaculate and modern. Breakfast buffet was top class with a wide selection for everyone to choose. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the hall and room temperature. Hall down to rooms have no air flow so are really stuffy. Rooms on a warm day were unbearable. Room has no air con but the room was supplied with a desk fan. Once we checked in we had to leave the room for the day with the window wide open with the hope the room would cool by the evening. One we returned the room had cooled slightly but we had to sleep with the window wide open and the fan on full which was pretty loud. Because the win was open the traffic noise in the morning woke us up. In the bathroom there is very little extraction so if you have a shower the room keeps a lot of moisture. Not nice with a stuffy room. If rooms had dedicated aircon this hotel would get a five star all day. In this day and age the lack of aircon means the room you pay for to sleep in are not fit for purpose during hot weather.

The location would have been 5 stars if it was closer to the town center but hotel is very easy to find.

Great spot staff lovely didn't eat here but looked good .

There for a wedding a fabulous hotel and fantastic staff specially Dean he looks after you like your his family .

We enjoyed the carvery lunch on Sunday.

Clean modern hotel on outskirts of Clonmel town. Access to town via bus( just outside hotel) and taxi. Food really good and access to leisure centre. Little downside is no air conditioning in bedroom with fan present.

Stayed for one night it’s a great hotel all the staff are very professional and good at their jobs breakfast was beautiful and the staff were very efficient our room was very clean and comfortable bar food was very good with great choice

Have stayed here and have attended numerous events in the Talbot and I have to say very very good experiences. The staff are absolutely fabulous and are great to help! One particular staff member Leah is exceptionally amazing and accommodating! She has gone over and beyond for me many times and I'm very grateful ! All the girls here are so lovely and friendly, definitely the best part of the experience ☺️
