I didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but I had to leave a review because the service honestly caught me off guard (in the best way). The waiter who looked after me was unbelievably kind from the very start. Always smiling, checking in without being over the top, and just genuinely making sure everything was grand. You could tell he actually cared. And his smile I’m not even exaggerating it could light up the whole place. It’s the kind of thing that puts you in a good mood for the rest of the day Fair play to him. Service like that makes all the difference.

Didn’t know what to expect but was the perfect place to stay for a night out in limerick! Location is so central , the room was perfect they even have a sauna there and breakfast was included and it was so so good, the scrambled eggs are exceptional!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation with very friendly staff from check-in to breakfast to check out. Breakfast was superb. Location very good and subsidised car park almost next-door.

The rooms here are amazing. Very classy, modern and cozy. This is the best place to stay when planning a stay in limerick city centre. The service is very personal and the staff here can’t do enough to ensure all your needs are met. There is no place better than this located more central to limerick city. Walking distance from the best dining options.

The comments about the staff are 100% correct. The people that work here truly love hospitality and deliver on the mission to be the best. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is in within a short walk to tourist spots, pubs, and public transportation. Breakfast is really amazing.

Sharon provided excellent service. We're from Mexico on a road trip, stayed one night, and were delighted. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal, and Chavo's service was top-notch.

Incredible hotel – the welcome, service, cleanliness, and location were all perfect. The receptionist who was there during our stay was incredibly kind, guiding and advising us with a smile and boundless enthusiasm! The rooms were impeccably clean and extremely well-equipped. Breakfast was prepared to order and delicious. A truly wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a great location, with discounted parking just steps away. It's spotlessly clean, and Sharron, the receptionist, is always available to offer advice and recommendations. Self-check-in after 6:00 PM is very convenient.
