Lovely meal with great choices on the set price. Food was delicious. Staff are very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Will be back.

The food was excellent, staff were brilliant and lovely atmosphere. It was a birthday lunch, three of us and the staff couldn't be nicer. They came out, sang happy birthday and took a lovely photo of the birthday girl which was presented at the end of the meal with a lovely birthday dessert. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

21st Wedding Anniversary surrounded by other guests having birthday celebrations. Super night for a Tuesday in the City. Waitress was exceptional and we would highly recommend the Hamptons Bar & Grill for any event. We will be back...

Lovely restaurant but food wasn't as described

It was wonderfull. The service and the food. They sang for my birthday and gave me a picture of this beautiful moment. I'll come back.

It was our 14th wedding anniversary. The was a nice atmosphere, food was good and servers were competent and friendly. The few slight negatives we had on this visit were that when seated and asked would we like still or sparkling water (which were both filtered & bottled in Hampton's own-branded bottles previously for several years) we were brought a large bottle of San Pellegrino Sparkling water at €6.50 per bottle. (Note that the in-house sparkling water had been added to the new drinks menu priced at €1 per 700ml bottle). We were also asked when requesting still water for our daughter "bottled or tap?" We have visited here many times over the years and know that the in-house water was always filtered and chilled. Also, our server was quite busy for the duration of our visit with a large table of 14 American customers so it was difficult to get another drink. I ended up only having 2 pints of Guinness in our 2 hour visit as a result. After paying and leaving, I noticed that I was charged €4 more than I should have been because of how the server input my meal into the system (I opted for the 3 course set meal priced at €44.95 but ordered a steak with an additional supplement of €9 and a side of mushrooms and onion). My wife ordered just a mains from the A la Carte, a GF beef burger (€22 on a la Carte menu). When I looked at the receipt on the way home I noticed that the 3 course set menu was itemised as my starter, the beef burger and dessert and the steak was entered separately, priced at €35 (as is listed on the A la Carte menu). By doing so, this increased the bill by €4. I know it's not much but this coupled with the sparkling water and the focus on the larger table (which gets a 10% service charge added to the group table) felt like the restaurant is now set up to extract as much money from it's customers as possible and the value for money is gone. The set menu has decreased in choice, increased in price and lacks value for money. I always liked the Hampton's but perhaps I'll have to rethink where to book for the next special occasion.

Fabulous meal, I loved how staff subtly asked were we dining for a special occasion and I mentioned my Birthday in a few days time.. they arrived to the table with my dessert singing happy Birthday and took a photo of myself and my partner and came back with it developed and in a little paper frame.. it's the little things that make such a big deal. Food was 10/10 and service was brilliant. Will definitely be returning.

Up market restaurant with very nice food. Access needs to be worked on, as the lift delivers you into a service hallway, really should be redesigned.
