Clybaun hotel in Galway

From booking to my stay was brilliant. This hotel is one of the most spotless hotels I've have seen in years from someone with a background and experience in hospitality l would be critical of standards but from your entrance to your restaurant and bedroom it was of 4⭐ standards. l could not fault your room at all. One of the most comfortable nights sleep l have had in a while, shower and toiletries was brilliant also. Breakfast was lovely, totally catered for me as gluten free and offered a great selection for me and put me at ease, your staff from reception to restaurant were always brilliant and easy to approach and so helpful. I will stay again. l would like to Thank you all for such a 4⭐ experience. Please take pride in your hotel and staff, keep up the amazing job you are doing, this is what is expected from 4⭐ and it is what I received 10/10

Great hotel amazing food loved it

We want to sincerely Thank the wonderful staff for all the kindness to myself and my daughter during the storm outage. We like many more people were without electricity, heating and phone connections during the storm. We visited the hotel to charge up our devices, and warm up and just get out of the house during the challenging few days. The staff went above and beyond on a very busy day as the hotel was so busy with people in need like us. So Thank you all so much for all the kindness shown to us we really appreciate it. 🙏👏💞

It's a Gem of a hotel, proximity to places are great. Room is absolutely great big rooms, nice toilet good and warm service and a superb reception and dinning ambiance. It's a total value of money, stayed a night absolutely admirable hotel. Pleasure being here. Have to also admire the nice staff and there service specially Breda and her crew

Always beautiful to stay here. Used to go to the pool with my granny as a child. Great memories in the hotel and NRG gym. Glad to see it’s just as fabulous now as it was then.

Ok ish hotel. Breakfast poor. Really really poor value. For the cost you would expect something special in a great location. This is neither. Avoid until they drop the price.

Overall, it's a really good hotel and the staff are very kind as well

Personal de recepción no demasiado amable, todo estaba tan automatizado - ascensor, horarios de desayuno, horarios de apertura del centro de ocio. Viajaba con un niño pero no se menciona nada sobre las actividades de Halloween... La habitación era agradable, las camas cómodas, sin embargo, podía oír ruido en el pasillo... baño limpio. El personal del bar era encantador y amable, gerente (gerente de turno? ) no amable, hombre muy destacado y en absoluto acogedor o preguntó cómo eran las comidas. Bar Comida fue la mejor parte de toda la estancia... y los camareros / camareras v amable y conocedor de menú y especiales. El desayuno es un caos puro... pobre chef de paso, sirviendo platos de desayuno como se le pidió mientras también trataba de hacer el desayuno de servicio de habitaciones y recargar comida caliente... tuvo que esperar un tiempo para pedir huevos escalfados... máquina de panqueques también un desastre que no funciona bien... panqueques del tamaño del euro... desastre para los niños que esperan edades. El centro de ocio era una gran decepción, no hay toallas y luego ninguna en la recepción del hotel... así que tuve que utilizar unos de nuestra habitación! ¿Por qué no mantener un stock de toallas? Los vestuarios estaban sucios, cansados y simplemente asquerosos - duchas pobres - sin champú o lavado corporal ... Luke agua tibia . . toda la piscina está simplemente sucia. Pregunté sobre alojarse una noche adicional ... mientras tenían habitaciones disponibles el precio cobrado era extorsivo ... encontró mejor hotel cerca

Nos alojamos en el hotel Clybaun por dos noches. Me encantó el hotel. Habitaciones muy bonitas. El personal era muy amable y la comida era genial. Spa y piscina al aire libre eran increíbles. Gran espacio al aire libre. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
