I liked this place until I understood that I paid €5.50 for a small piece of cake. As I feel it is ridiculously expensive. Thereafter I decided I wouldn't buy anything without asking the price. The staff and the place is nice though.

For those who don't know it. There is a PET friendly area in the cafe. Staff are friendly. Food good and reasonable priced.

Might have been just the option I choose but was expecting better taste, visually everything looked delicious and the seating area is bright and spacious. I would give it another try if I was in the area for lunch again

11/12/2024: A cosy little pub in the heart of the City serves a nice reasonably priced pint in these very expensive times in a relaxing atmosphere. Great bar staff. Nice interior.
10/12/2024: 1st time in Rob Roy Bar on Cooks Street Centre of Cork City! Old style bar big bar plenty seats looks like a good bar to come watch Sports on their Many Wide Tvs 📺! Pints of Guinness good! But maybe small bit Pricey! Good staff! Good spot to go for a pint on your own or with friends or Small Group!

04/12/2024: Very tasty and great portion sizes! They have a nice and cozy atmosphere. I got the eggs benedict which was great! I would eat here again.
