Great coffee but only serves takeaway cups with plastic lids

Having heard this cafe is ranked 32nd globally, we made sure to stop by during our brief time in Galway. It’s a cozy, bustling shop, but the queue moved quickly. While you cannot customize your coffee beans, their house roast is exceptional and delivers exactly as described; it worked beautifully in a flat white, offering a remarkably fruity, flavor forward cup. Because indoor seating is limited, we opted for takeaway, but if you are fortunate enough to secure a table, it’s a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your drink.

The coffee is very delicious, but there are not enough seats. There are too few people on the second floor and the third floor.But I like the decoration of the shop very much！

Great coffee! Felt it was a proper European coffee experience. Queue was a bit long but I guess with being in the top 100 coffee places in 2025 its bound to happen. Little seating place but was happy to take as takeaway and walk the streets of Galway xx

Perfect Americano and cortado. Owner at till was kind and offered local recommendations for visitors. Cute things to browse while waiting.

The best cappuccino and Americano I’ve ever had in my life.

I only knew about this place because of some research, but it was ranked as one of the top 10 coffees in the entire world. It felt odd because it's very small and it looks like a place that you would grab coffee and go, but the owner was taking his time really getting to know each customer and explaining the integrit details of each coffee and what you should be tasting. After standing in line a bit, I started to realize that this is a place to slow down to enjoy your coffee rather than just pick it up and go. There were a few small tables outside to sit and I will say that this was one of the best coffees I've ever tasted. There were some small bites to eat, but I would recommend just getting the coffee and really enjoying it. We sat outside for about 15-20min taking it all in and chatting with some other people before they recommended a bakery down the street. My biggest recommendation, GO EARLY!!!! Like right when they open, if you want the best experience.

The espresso was great! Also bought some beans, expensive! The owner was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me pick the right beans given my preferences.
