We discovered this place by chance, the dishes are fresh, well presented, the cuisine is made with love. The atmosphere is very nice and the cherry on the cake is that the owner speaks French very well. Well done and thank you

Conneely's Cafe

21/03/2024: 🥪 Stopped here for lunch and had a lovely experience. I ordered the club sandwich and a soup and they were both delicious. 🏡 The cafe is very nice and cosy. I loved the atmosphere. 👏🏼 Staff were very friendly. 💸 Good prices - around 13€pp.

The Boat Inn

09/01/2024: The chicken burger is up there with the best I've ever had in Ireland. Definitely the best I've ever had in the west! If driving through Oughterard and fancy an epic Chicken burger, do yourself a favour and stop at the Boat Inn. Chips are nicely cooked and tasty too. Highly recommend.
29/12/2023: Excellent seafood chowder, nice coffee. Nice staff.
