Always return here. Food is simple, quality & authentic. Service is always great. From veg/paneer dishes, lamb, chicken or whatever else you might fancy , it’s always been 100%.

We always love coming back to Coriander in Ballincollig! The staff are always so warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the food is absolutely amazing every single time. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every dish. Without a doubt, the best Indian restaurant in Cork. Highly recommend!

Lovely. We enjoyed everything about the restaurant!! The food is amazing 5/5, they have variety of veg & non-veg cousin. The service, staff and atmosphere is beautiful. There was a table next to us celebrating a birthday but we were not forgotten about. We had a really nice chat with all staff,theybwere all lovely . I cannot wait to return & try the other cuisines. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They were warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel so welcome throughout the evening. The food was exceptional, with perfectly cooked steak and delicious sides, but what really made our visit unforgettable was the kindness of the team. Without any prior knowledge or special request from us, they noticed we were celebrating our daughter’s 11th birthday and went out of their way to make it extra special. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected, creating a memory she’ll treasure for a long time. It’s rare to come across service that’s this genuine and heartfelt. The combination of amazing food and truly exceptional staff makes Thompsons one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Cork. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
