Coriander Nepalese and Indian in Cork

Another fantastic meal! food presentation was 2nd to none, all served timely but without being rushed. The taste was again 2nd to none. I started coming here a short while back when other restaurants hadn't got any heating on. I found it felt like you needed a coat to keep warm and a torch to see what you were eating. Here it was both warm and light and also it was busy which is always a sign that something is right and these people have it exactly that. If it was quieter I'd do a youtube video, The Corriander deserves to be promoted & praised & I would recommend it to anyone looking for good Indian food. They also have an excellent takeaway service at coriander.ie take a look, judging by the footfall it must be good. We had drinks too so don't be put off by what we spent which was €97 including 4 glasses of wine, a diet coke & a couple of bottles of chilled (tap) water. Ask for Tap water otherwise you pay for bottled water which tastes exactly the same, I know because I had bought two bottles of water the first time I visited.

Coriander offers an authentic taste of Nepal, with every dish showcasing exquisite flavours. The warm service enhances the dining experience, making it truly memorable. The only minor downside is the close seating, which can affect privacy. Nonetheless, the quality of the food and the overall ambiance more than make up for it. Highly recommend for a genuine Nepalese culinary adventure!

LITERALLY UNREAL FOOD!! we had takeaway and they forgot the madras but we could not have cared less because the butter chicken sent me to heaven early and the chicken biryani was delectable. 10/10 will come again. This restaurants food is the key to my heart

One of the best Indian cuisines in Cork. Excellent ambient lighting and delicious food! The spices they use is just amazing. Literally mouth watering flavor! The staff is also very good and welcoming. Paneer Makhan masala is my personal favorite.

Best butter chicken in cork also the lamb biryani is 5 star.
