Came in here before heading back into town, had a lovely pint of Beamish and sat and watched the news with all the old boys in the pub. Friendly atmosphere, excellent beer.

Great Drink on Tap, great atmosphere, great service and it has a great juke box. It's a local pub in the city, it has character and characters.

21/07/2026: Great coffee and delicious food. Place is very cosy. Staff members are very kind and friendly. Open early, which is is not so obvious for coffee/food places. Parking available. I and I can highly recommend Amberley Dolce & Salato

16/07/2026: The food here is nice, but the quantity of food and quality of service has had a noticeable decline, I got a breast in the bun and asked for no salad and received salad, this has happened many times before, and i dont understand how they keep making the same mistakes. The cost for 3 goujons is 7 Euros. I received 3 tiny goujons where you would expect something A bit more substantial. Please fix this because its genuinely a fantastic restaurant.
