I've never been to a coffee shop that has never heard of an Earl Grey latte before. Maybe I'm just getting old and my go-to drink has aged out. Not a great start to my Friday morning. The people at the counter are exceptionally nice and helpful. The atmosphere is almost good. They play nice indie music but the speakers are awful and it creates a very unpleasant atmosphere to sit in.

19/07/2026: Ricky was amazing! He was very enthusiastic and cheerful and explained all the donuts in great detail. He could not have have been more helpful on this lovely sunny day. He made these three cork cailíns day so much better !
17/07/2026: The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful but the worker on earlier this afternoon was especially lovely! Unfortunately we never got their name, but many thanks from the two girls desperate for a donut!

08/09/2026: A week ago you saw this place for the first time the place is very beautiful and the attention was first class from the whole team, in particular I would like to highlight the charisma of Sara who made us feel very comfortable, the food was very tasty too
08/09/2026: I visited Milanos a few days ago and had a really lovely experience. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was delicious, and there was a great variety of options on the menu. The customer service was also excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, but I’d especially like to mention Sara. She was so kind and attentive and always made sure we felt comfortable and welcome. I really appreciated her cheerful and positive attitude, which made our visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Milanos and will definitely be coming back! ☺️👌🏻
