Spacious overall, with a new layout at the till area. Plenty of car parking outside. Toilet facilities available for patrons.

Not up to the usual friendly and efficient Costa service I am accustomed to in Mallow! Had to keep instructing the gentleman making my coffee as he kept doing the wrong thing which was rather annoying

Seventy Six on The Mall

28/09/2025: The Imperial Hotel is a classic Irish hotel with plenty of charm. My room was comfortable and fairly spacious, and I especially liked the bathroom interiors; they had a nice touch of elegance (wish I’d remembered to get a video of them!). 🛁 That said, my room was located in the basement, with a view directly into other rooms, which wasn’t the most inviting. At €220 per night (without breakfast), the value felt a little off for what was offered. The big plus here is the central location, it’s right in the heart of Cork, making it really easy to explore the city. Overall, a decent stay if location is your top priority, though there are a few trade-offs. Ratings: 🛏️ Room Comfort & Design: 3.5/5 🛎 Service & Ambience: 4/5 💸 Money’s Worth: 3/5

15/10/2025: Lovely chicken joint, sack off KFC and get the peri peri sauce
11/10/2025: ordered two 3 piece chicken tender meals earlier, was really looking forward to it as i absolutely love the hilbillies chips, unfortunately, i was left devastated when i opened the bag to find not one, but two missing bags of chips, which was definately not what i paid for (31.50). i think hillbillies is a great food place and i love the quality of the food, so i was disappointed. tried to ring the chain multiple times, and received no pick up. i'm very sad as i was really hungry.
