Beautiful fresh food this was my third visit to the court yard for a family meal and didn't disappoint. Everything was freshly made And reasonably priced I had the voulavants and fresh battered cod which was 10/10 and even though i had no room for dessert they looked awesome. I will definitely back thank you and your staff for making our family dinner special ❤️

Extremely warm and welcoming environment and staff. Top notch service and one of the best meals we had while in Ireland across many counties. I can say it was the best seafood chowder I had while in Ireland.

This is a classic small town Irish pub. Full of locals. We were immediately treated and seated. The staff was interested that we were from the US. We were interested in them and their stories. Great food. I had the Chef’s Seafood Chowder and my wife had the grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Service was SO friendly. Treated us like the regulars. Pretty restaurant!! Pretty town of Fern!!

The Old Deanery Cottages Ferns

12/10/2025: Can't recommend this venue enough! We spent 2 nights here for a Hen Party and it was fabulous. Great facilities in the cottages, the Barn facility is brilliant for a group and Bryanna was so helpful as a host. She has provided everything you could possibly need for a weekend away no matter the occasion. She has amazing local knowledge and had suggestions for activities, food options and evening entertainment. The village is a short walk away and the setting is beautiful. Can't wait to visit again!
29/09/2025: An amazing hen party venue - Bryanna is wonderful and the whole venue is incredibly well stocked. We very comfortably hosted 24 women and were able to self cater with plenty of glasses, cutlery etc. Couldn’t recommend it enough
