Food was smashing. No complaints 10/10

Was here 9 months ago and it was fab, found it very disappointing this time, was a Saturday evening in Feb, wasn't overly busy but staff although were lovely they had to be kept asking for forgotten items, drinks, extra sides that were ordered, dessert items etc. Food wise starter was lovely but main course was practically inedible, got a beef stir fry, the beef was chopped up tiny and barely any in it and it was literally poisoned with soy sauce, was a big pool of it in the bottom of the dish and was so salty it couldn't be eaten. Then when bill came it was overcharged but in fairness to staff when questioned about it they sorted it out and refunded it. As said previously it was fab last time round so hopefully was just an off night.

Heard great things about this place, but after booking a table a week before, they couldn't find the booking when we arrived. The staff were brilliant and sorted it. Service was slow and a bit hit and miss due to a large party in another room. Had to wait a while for service and the food to arrive. Two out of the six meals ordered were really good, but the others were disappointing. Staff were excellent, and the band in the bar afterwards made the night worthwhile.

Food was fine. We visited on a Sunday and it was very quiet.

Stayed 1 night in Castlebar and went out for dinner after a long trip to get there. We didn’t factor in that it was Christmas time and a lot of places were booked up with reservations. However they were accommodating as we sat at the bar which we didn’t mind at all, as we were very hungry. I got the Piri Piri Chicken which was amazing, best one I’ve ever had. It was seasoned great and it was still moist. Chips were lovely and nice with the seasoned mayo, I also got a side of garlic bread which was delicious. Next time I am in Castlebar I will definitely be back.

Amazing Food and great service from Start to End it was fabulous. Staff was very Friendly.

Great place. I use a wheelchair and they were so helpful in getting me to a table. I also had the best steak of my life. Only slight flaw in service was our food took a little long to arrive. My son mentioned he saw people that arrived after us got served before us. Will definitely return though.

We shared a vegetable soup (it's becoming a tradition of ours during this adventure) and I had the cheeseburger and my wife had the ribs. All dishes were well prepared, well seasoned, and served with a bucket of chips that were perfectly crisp. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous.
