Stopped by on my travels around Ireland... Can honestly say that this is the best place to go in Port Laoise! Great customer service the owner was very attentive & pizza was amazing.

21/04/2026: Came in for Tuesday evening dinner- had a starter and mains. Thank you to Mary B for such an outstanding and accommodating service. Also to the manager for allowing our dog Into the building and for providing some food and water. Had Gorman’s mixed starter; Then Gorman’s mixed grill and breakfast platter. The dishes were very freshly cooked, very tender and full of flavour. Clean table, seats and floor. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back again.

18/01/2026: Nicely decorated restaurants stone walls and ceiling beams,wasn't impressed by the service ! We were waiting 20mins to be even asked for our orders thats criminal !! ,no offer of jug of water or titbits to nibble on as you wait.The food itself was ok the burger is super thin you get 2 on your bun to try make it look decent,the fries were average, also what put me off returning here is the noise of the music blaring I feel like you're competing with the racket playing while trying to have a conversation.
