Andersons Thatch Pub

03/08/2025: Brilliant camper stop over €10 honesty box with fresh eggs & croissants delivered to your van in the morning. On top of this great traditional music, craic & Guinness beside the parking but far enough away for a quiet night.
17/07/2025: Spent Saturday night here and parked the campervan at the back of the pub. The owner is a lovely man who brought us fresh eggs and made us feel very welcome. The bar was packed with both very talented musicians and people like ourselves who were more than happy to listen and enjoy the music. The Guinness is like mothers milk and the atmosphere great craic. A lovely very typical Irish bar, will definitely be back ...

27/06/2025: I fell in love; here you can truly breathe in the air of the Irish countryside. A pearl immersed in greenery, surrounded by horses, cows, and sheep. A peaceful place, meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. The owner was truly kind and friendly, and was keen to recommend the best tours to explore the area and recommended excellent restaurants serving traditional cuisine. If you're staying in the area, you definitely won't regret staying at Mountain View.
