It was the best place in kilrush, lovely food and staff,really miss it

Lovely pub in the centre of Kilrush. Good food and friendly staff.

Great pub with a warm fire and warm spirited people inside I had a good craic for the short time I was there

Very nice room, larger than I was expecting with views of the town square. Plenty of free on street parking . Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Served in the breakfast room until 10:00am and then in the bar until 11:45am. There was live music in the bar on Saturday night with fantastic atmosphere. The only downside was drinking way too much of the excellent Guinness and flying home with a 'slight' hangover!!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir verbrachten hier eine Nacht. Hatten nicht gebucht und ganz spontan gefragt. Das Zimmer war traumhaft schön, der Frühstücksraum modern und zugleich wie in den 60ern. Es war einfach heimelig. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich, offen, herzlich und humorvoll. Waren abends noch auf zwei Absacker im Pub. Er gab uns noch gute Tipps mit auf den Weg. Es war absolut sauber und das Frühstück erstklassig. Alles wird en Minute gemacht. Weiter so: Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Really enjoyed my trip to grottys stayed overnight the room was okay needs a revamp but was comfortable,staff very nice and friendly food was excellent I would go back. I think it's the best pub in kilrush
