I've eaten pizza all over the world with different styles and ingredients over several decades. Ultimately I gravitate to New Haven and Napoli styles. I did not expect a little storefront in Cork, Ireland, of all places, to make my top 10 of all time. Crispy crust. Nice subtle sauce. Interesting toppings. Perfectly baked. Friendly owner! If you like pizza, it's worth your time to search Crust out. Italian beer, too!
