Lovely friendly welcome and great staff. Got recommendations and banter. Food hot and tasty. Fair price. Proper pot of tea, easy 3 cups. Would strongly recommend. Nice spot. Left Happy and full. 100% recommend.

Wonderful place to have a bite or just a cuppa and fab desserts! Staff are friendly and efficient, very helpful and quick. The menu is great. Very good selection of food and yummy sweet things!

I’m not exaggerating when I say breakfast at Joe’s was the highlight of a short new year trip to Mayo. Amazing food, amazing super friendly service and great atmosphere. We felt so welcome and wished we’d known about Joe’s before so we could’ve had breakfast there every day!

18/03/2024: Went in for a few jars after the boxing in Castlebar. The atmosphere was brilliant, the pints were great and the staff couldn't do enough for us - we even got a lift home at the end of the night as the taxis were scarce. The visit genuinely made the weekend. Brilliant.
13/03/2024: Mike Byrne. A legend in Castlebar. Passion for sports, to be a good host and the friendship toward locals and tourists are laws in his pub. Worth every cent. Keep up the good job!
