Highly recommended to give the curry corner a chance. Delivers high quality both in taste and service. I visit often and I personally recommend their lamb and chicken dishes. They have all options for naan bread and sea foods too. They also have the fast food options like the burgers doner kebabs which are also a top pick for me. Only con is that they are only a takeaway shop.

After a long drive from Mayo and arriving late to Cork, we were wondering if there might be an authentic Pakistani place to eat. After a bit of searching found Curry Corner and got some take away. The food was more than delicious and definitely had authentic taste. Would recommend to everyone! Very decent portion sizes and price and the gent at the desk was very warm and friendly!

This place is unreal, every dish we get is amazing. Owner is a lovely man also, Food comes very hot and the meat in all dish’s are super tender. A bit more pricey than regular take away, but super quality.

The best curry in town! And I met the owner the other night, he was very lovely. A Palestinian man ordered a kebab just before me, they were both chatting and when the owner learned the man was from Palestine he gave him his food for free and was super sweet to him. The food we got was really tasty also. Definitely go here! It is worth whatever you spend!

These guys are great to deal with - I'm really sensitive to spice and they went above and beyond to try to make sure the food was ok for me. Loads of great options and free poppadoms! Definitely recommend

Bright Side

26/12/2025: Bright Side has become a regular stop in our morning. The staff are always welcoming, the coffee is up there with the best in Cork, and the white chocolate and raspberry muffins are to die for.
09/10/2025: Lovely little spot for a coffee. The service is very friendly and welcoming. Coffee always delicious. I docked a star for the Hallumi bagel because I just thought it tasted a bit odd with the combination of ingredients. It was nice enough but just a bit too sweet with the squash and the caramelised onion relish. I was a little disappointed I hadn’t ordered something else. Aside from that I do enjoy the setup of this cafe it’s bright and airy and nice to sit in.

The Olive Garden

19/12/2025: Just had a delicious toasted chicken sandwich and coffee at Food Capers. The chicken was fresh and not the horrible package stuff many places do now. Service was efficient and friendly. Will deffo be back!
