Daata in Greystones

It was great. The vegetarian options are extensive and very enjoyable (I had Daata's House Black Dhaal) and I was pleasantly surprised when my girlfriend was treated to a brownie for her birthday!

Recently visited Daata Greystones and what a treat! Fabulous Pakistani/Indian food. Being Indian I have to say it was pretty authentic and so good. We literally wiped the plate off. So so good.

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve eaten from, would highly recommend it. Went to Daata on a Saturday evening after work. Initial booking was later on in the evening, rang to say was there any availability earlier and there was so that was great. Order taken promptly and food delivered to the table quickly, it was super fast. Three course meal ordered with a mocktail. The vegetable samosa to start was so tasty. Butter Chicken was amazing full with flavour with a kick of spice thoroughly enjoyed it with the rice and coriander naan bread. The rose kulfi was so nice, small in size but perfect after the meal. Not overbearing. The rose with pistachio so so amazingly tasty! The staff were lovely and attentive. A lot of staff on the floor for a Saturday. Would definitely recommend and return again at a later date!

Gezellig restaurant met heel vriendelijk personeel. We zijn 2x geweest en het Indiase eten is echt heel goed en smakelijk. Op de kaart wordt duidelijk aangegeven of de gerechten mild, medium of spicy zijn. Wij kozen de medium en wat mij betreft precies spicy genoeg. De lassi was een beetje te romig, maar qua smaak prima. We bestelden de bhindi bhaji, lamb & spinach en Saleems butter chicken. Daarnaast de garlic & coriander naan die echt overheerlijk was. Echt een aanrader voor als je van redelijk authentiek Indiaas eten houdt.
