Daata in Greystones

Me and my family went in for dinner with my family. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was nice and the servers were very attentive to 5/5 would recommend

Food and drinks were amazing as usual and staff are super welcoming especially Jessil who was serving our table. Highly recommended the coconut curry and the Afghani curry.

Daata is truly one of the standout gems in Greystones. Every visit feels like a special occasion, and it never disappoints. The food is absolutely fantastic — the butter chicken is rich, flavourful, and perfectly cooked, while the bhindi bhaji is simply delicious. At this stage, I’ve sampled most of the menu, and I honestly can't say a bad word about any of the dishes. Each meal seems to get better, with bold flavors that consistently impress. The bar is another highlight, offering a fantastic selection of cocktails and wines that pair perfectly with the menu. The staff here is exceptional, always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Lucy and Jessie, in particular, are outstanding — even on the busiest of nights, they manage to make you feel like a VIP, with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. For a consistently excellent dining experience, Daata is always my top choice. Whether you're looking for amazing food, a great drink, or impeccable service, they deliver it all. Keep up the fantastic work, Daata!

We dined at Daata Greystones for my son's birthday. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. We enjoyed Lahori Lamb Karahi, Baluchi Chicken, and the Daata Thaal Platter. The dishes were authentically prepared and extremely tasty.

We have wanted to go here for some time it didn't disappoint everything was delicious really enjoyed it. We will be back

Best butter chicken ever. The garlic chicken was brilliant also. You have to try the cheese garlic naan for the full experience. The staff were nice and helpful. You can park in Supervalu parking lot.

From the outside this restaurant looks small however once you enter the front door it’s absolutely amazing from the front of house staff, the quirky decor and the variety on the menu this place does disappoint. The food is presented beautifully dressed to perfection with absolute care taken on every tiny detail. The samosa’s were so flavorful and light, butter chicken was so tender and tasty. The black Dhaal was something we hadn’t seen on an Indian menu before and decided to try it. It was beautiful the spices and texture was perfect. The staff were lovely and the food came out piping hot and very quick service. Definitely recommend this place and will be back loved it.

Gezellig restaurant met heel vriendelijk personeel. We zijn 2x geweest en het Indiase eten is echt heel goed en smakelijk. Op de kaart wordt duidelijk aangegeven of de gerechten mild, medium of spicy zijn. Wij kozen de medium en wat mij betreft precies spicy genoeg. De lassi was een beetje te romig, maar qua smaak prima. We bestelden de bhindi bhaji, lamb & spinach en Saleems butter chicken. Daarnaast de garlic & coriander naan die echt overheerlijk was. Echt een aanrader voor als je van redelijk authentiek Indiaas eten houdt.
