Daoti Sushi in Tullamore

Sushi was good. Gyoza was good. Seaweed salad lacked any trace of sesame oil (which is my favorite part of seaweed salad). The Teppan beef was smothered in an incredibly thick and sweet sauce that over powered the whole dish. My partner wouldn’t eat it, the staff did nothing to fix it or help make it more palatable. Fully charged for the dish even though there was only one bite taken of the whole skillet. So, make sure you know you like the dish you order before you order it (even if you’ve never been there and/or have never had that dish) or it will end up being a waste of money for you. The staff was nice, but incredibly inattentive. The waiter sprayed cleaner all over the table (I’m not a fan of breathing in cleaning chemicals especially right before I eat) while we were sat down and took a very long time to come back to take any kind of order. The restaurant had 2 tables occupied at the time.

To celebrate my mother’s birthday, my whole family and I dined at this Japanese restaurant. The sushi here is incredibly soft and delicious, made with generous fillings and outstanding flavours. Their signature ramen boasts rich, savoury broth, and the portion of noodles and toppings is extremely large, leaving us fully satisfied after the meal. The staff are polite, warm and attentive throughout our visit. All ingredients are freshly prepared daily, making every bite safe and delightful. Considering its great food, thoughtful service and good value for money, this Japanese eatery has become my absolute favourite restaurant of all time.

Staff were excellent and professional, and extremely welcoming to boot. One of the most extensive Sushi menus in the midlands, and it's not half bad. My only complaint is that, while tasty, the Takoyaki is a very very small size and is probably made from frozen. However, that aside, I can recommend this place very highly to sushi enjoyers.

Stopped here for some Japanese and the place surprised us with it's charm. Atmosphere was very calm and soothing, service was very quick and pleasant, the food was delicious and the portions were large. We both got different Donburi and they felt well prepared and healthy not overly drowned in sauce which was very nice. We were just passing through and doubt we'd be back in the area but would recommended and we'd be here more often if we lived here for sure.
