Lovely spot, Savage homemade treats, in all seriousness though, 4.25 for a cappuccino, you can get one for 3 euro in salthill Galway.

Came off the M7 for a pit stop and glad I took the detour. Super home cooked brekkie in nice cafe Restaraunt, with all the trimmings and great coffee. Beside a car park at the Killaloe end of the now pedestrianised bridge.

Excellent location and friendly staff, delicious breakfast with generous portions. We traveled with children and the service was excellent; the staff even provided toys for my daughters.

06/07/2026: We went there because it had such good reviews. The service was good. We arrived and a table was prepared for six of us very quickly. The room seemed cozy at first glance, but it was actually quite cluttered. Unfortunately, there was mold on the walls. The pizza was okay... the crust was very thin. The Margherita was very bland. Unfortunately, both the glasses and the sharing plates weren't clean. That was really unacceptable. We won't be coming back.
26/06/2026: Just stopped for coffees & cake...served by friendly, welcoming staff in cosy, quirky surroundings. Cakes were 'melt in the mouth' and the coffee was proper Italian style....perfect !! Starbucks/Costa etc don't even come close...Support your local, independently owned cafes !
