We visited here en-route from Belfast to Kildare. Gutted is all we can say. We booked here after reading the reviews. Our soup was barely warm and the bread for the club sandwiches a bit stale and about an inch thick that it was so dry to eat. Still they refunded one sandwich and apologised. Sometimes you’re just unlucky. Place / setting looked great though as did other peoples main meals.
Went to the Dew Drop for a family occasion dinner and it worked out really well. The corner they had us in was ideal and food was great. Everyone enjoyed it!
Popped in here with my wife for lunch last week. Lovely pub with a nice laid back atmosphere. Helpful staff and clean toilets.
I went for the Fish pie which was absolutely delicious, and my wife had the burger and chips which she also enjoyed. Definitely be back again.
Very lovely spot, quite busy so would recommend booking! We went for a birthday dinner and service was fast food was yummy and all the staff very friendly. Would recommend and will be back again⭐️
The potato skin starter is amazing! And very filling. Best to share if you are not a big eater. Their fries are amazing too! Convenient free parking on the westside of the restaurant.
The Guinness is as good to drink as we found in Ireland and was genuinely going to put up a good review but to top it off I left my wallet here and it was returned to today with cash and my cards intact amazingly honest and helpful staff a credit The Dew Drop Inn and the service industry as a whole
