Dialogue Cafe in Cork

04/05/2026: Very busy today, and while there was plenty of staff on, everything felt a bit all over the place. There didn’t seem to be any real structure to the service. When my sandwich came without coleslaw, I went back up to ask for it. The first thing I was asked was who served me, and I had to point him out in front of everyone, which felt unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable. They also forgot my soup. When it was eventually brought over, I was told I needed to pay for it, even though I had already paid. This was my first time here. The food was nice, but for the prices being charged and the number of staff on, I expected a much better level of service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t be likely to return.

26/02/2026: Excellent customer service. The lovely lady behind the counter went out of her way to make a breakfast item at lunch time. She did not have to but kindly went out of her way to do so.
