I had the breakfast bap here. Was fantastic, as was the coffee and service. A real gem of a place, and clearly very well run.
We arrived at Kilkee in very unfortunate circumstances, and were afforded a private space by the owners, who supported us during an incredibly difficult time.
Kindness knows no bounds, and we are forever grateful for the support they showed us.

I can’t recommend this place enough, looking great food and an even better view ? Diamond rocks is the place for you. Why pay for the cliffs of Moher when you can enjoy the diamond rocks sipping a freshly squeezed orange juice from the comfort of this stunning cafe.

A very nice warm place to take shelter from the wind and rain after the walk through the Kilkee cliffs. Very friendly and very good soups.

Wow.... the Diamond Rocks Wedding Venue
Rosie & David's Wedding 20.09.25
We recently attended our son’s wedding at The Diamond Rocks in Kilkee and I cannot express just how exceptional the entire experience was.
I still remember taking my boys for swims in the Pollies 25 years ago and stopping for hot chocolate and treats in our little tuck shop by the sea, it is incredibly moving to see how the venue has grown and evolved alongside them.
From tuck shop to pitch and putt, to café, to restaurant and now to a stunning wedding venue, the transformation is simply remarkable. The setting, overlooking Kilkee bay and the breathtaking view of Georges Head, couldn’t have been more perfect. Every detail on the day was beautifully thought out, from the décor and layout to the food and service, which were all flawless.
It was a joy to see such care and passion reflected in every element of the celebration. The incredible family of Margaret, Kevin, Nadine and her partner Kevin were warm, professional, and attentive throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble.
The Diamond Rocks has truly come into its own as a destination wedding venue. It holds such history and heart for me personally and now it will forever hold even more wonderful memories for our family.

Really excellent lunch of delicious seafood chowder and chicken sandwich with crisps. Great flavours and plenty of fresh fish and shellfish in a rich creamy soup. Fantastic service and atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this gem if you’re walking the Cliffs of Kilkee.
