Dinn Rí in Carlow

Average nice hotel close to the Visual Carlow (actually, close to everything in Carlow) - there was a student week and the club was working till 2am, because of the thin walls we could hear everything.

Rooms get pretty noisy about 6am. Would recommend asking for a room away from road. Apart from that it was nice and comfortable.

Great food. Great service. Lovely place with plenty seating.

Only went for breakfast. Great choice and was scrumptious. Eggs Benidict recommend.

Fuimos a cenar a Dinn Ri. Había mucha gente, lo cual es una buena señal. Las comidas para adultos fueron realmente buenas y contaron con un buen menú. Comimos pollo al curry y goujons que estaban realmente buenos. Sin embargo la comida de los niños era realmente muy mala. Pedimos pizza y pasta con salsa de tomate para los niños. La pasta y la salsa eran terribles. Había una salsa muy aguada y sin ningún sabor. ¡La pizza no era pizza! Le comentamos al personal sobre la pasta y la chica dijo que no estaba buena, pero que era lo único que teníamos. Terminamos pidiendo una pizza para adultos para compartir con ambos niños. El servicio fue bueno. Así que es una buena opción de comida para adultos, pero si llevas niños, ve a otro lado.

Popped in for breakfast and it was delicious thanks so much to the staff member i didnt catch their name who served me such a lovely girl :)

Had dinner here with family. Service is exceptionally good and the staff did a great job making sure we were attended to. The food is okay but nothing to rave about. Good sized serves and quick response from the kitchen but the dishes are pretty basic.
