11/02/2026: I had a really positive experience with Charcoal Grill Letterkenny. There was a system error when I came to collect my order — it showed on my phone as placed, but it hadn’t come through on their side and I hadn’t received a confirmation email. Despite the mix-up, the staff were very understanding and made the food for me without any fuss. I really appreciated how calmly and professionally they handled the situation.
