Best food in Ireland. It is a warm, friendly and family-orientated restaurant. With fresh food and brilliant staff. When coming back from Dublin will always stop for something to eat and are never disappointed.
Really lovely place to stop off for a meal. We go especially for the scampi in batter. It's gorgeous and really good portion sizes too. Food is amazing and staff are really welcoming.
Called on a Monday afternoon for lunch. Excellent parking facilities for a motorhome and a very warm welcome upon arrival. Lots to choose from on the reasonably priced menu and our server, I think her name was Maggie, couldn't have been nicer.
We all agreed the food was amazing so we will definitely be back.
Just a wee note, the Google Maps directions were a bit wonky as we got close, just use you eyes and ignore the instruction to keep driving past the venue.
It’s no wonder that we travel 80 miles for Scampi as it’s superb and has been for the last 30 years. Thank you for perfection . Now you know why I tell the staff I didn’t travel 80 miles for a half portion. Thankyou again. O Neill family.
Had breakfast and evening meal here today. Very busy place just off M1 near Drogheda. Food was very nice portions not huge but adequate. There is a wait here particularly in the evening as it is really popular. But very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and it is worth the wait. Would definitely go here again.
