Lovely fresh food, slightly expensive

Awesome place, amazing food and very quick service.

We went to the Donegans for breakfast and lunch over the past months and the portions and service certainly don't match the price. Firstly, One member of the front of staff with a Scott's accent is quite rude and stubborn and not accommodating, secondly, portions and quality of food has gone downhill drastically from what it used to be and I do appreciate that their costs may have risen like most businesses but the portions are stingy and the cost is high for what you get and along with that you have to deal with a sour front of house member. A sad reflection on what it used to be, there are better options locally

One of the best restaurants you could go in starting with the staff and the food is to die for complements to the chef and the waiters cant do more for you ❤💯

Just had a great breakfast. As ever a great venue never a bad meal. Great staff and a great stopping point on route the Dublin. Called today on route from the airport with two visitors from Colorado. They loved the full irish and the setting. Another great visit to the inn. Fab staff Another great outing today Called in yesterday (28th Nov 2019), the place was heaving with visitors & the food was as good as ever. We never have had a bad meal there and the staff are very helpful and friendly Back 27th Dec 2025, returning from a wake, a great meal
