Had breakfast and evening meal here today. Very busy place just off M1 near Drogheda. Food was very nice portions not huge but adequate. There is a wait here particularly in the evening as it is really popular. But very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and it is worth the wait. Would definitely go here again.
We had our delightful group in for lunch yesterday, and all the guys looked after them at every turn. Service was quick, polite and food was fantastic. Big shout out to Matthew behind the bar that made sure the driver was well fed & watered also.
Looking forward to bringing many more groups for lunch & dinner here in the future.
My 2rd time at the restaurant...
Food was nice, edible, but wasn't enough on the plate for adults! When we finished our plates a waitress came over can I get you anymore spuds or veg.. at that stage plates were taken away or empty??
That was disappointing 😞
It was a communion last Saturday.
I actually got a chippy takeaway on way home... ?

There is a lack of consistency particularly with the breakfast, coffees and customer service. Better consistency with the carvery, however, after last breakfast experience I won't be planning a return anytime soon. One positive is Ann, a lovely staff member who always is so welcoming, professional and kind. The stars are mainly for her and she deserves five stars.
