Amazing food. Had the beetroot salmon special for starter which was fantastic and the dessert of rice pudding was great. Will be back.

Great little find especially for our wedding anniversary. Made welcome, food was fantastic especially the rice pudding and ice-cream, real treat. The manager and the team had it running like clockwork, well done. Will certainly recommend the restaurant. Thanks for the great hospitality.

03/11/2024: A beautiful shop full of crafts, handmade skin care products, jewellery, art and candles etc Lovely coffee and cake bar with tables and chairs. When we were there on a Sunday, when most of the town shops are closed, they had 2 ladies singing and playing instruments, drawing a crowd in. Was lucky enough to meet the business owner twice around the town, a totally charming lady. Highly recommend a visit.

Bantry House

09/10/2024: Wow, I wish I had the euros to buy and maintain this stunning place. Perhaps I could afford a night or two next time I'm down this way. The interior of the house is fabulous and the outside surrounds and view are to die for. Be sure to check out the horses heads in the stables (just below the top windows). Also make sure you climb the 100 steps (didn't count them but that's what they are called). The views from the top are superb. All in all well worth the adventure all round. A must see.
04/10/2024: Stunning views, tearoom with delicious brownies which feel like they contain 90 percent chocolate, delicious teas and coffee. The gardens are also worth a visit and offer breathtaking views over bantry bay. Good place to spend some time. Also the house is worth a visit and shows the history of West Cork and the family of the Earl's of Bantry Family White
