13/07/2026: This place is spectacular! We stayed in Bective Apartments so had a small walk through the grounds up to the Tea Rooms. Lovely outside space with two small kids that are shaped like horse carriages, very cool. Food was lovely. Lots of staff about so easy enough to grab a person to get your order in. There was a queue to get in as we were leaving, so that's all you need know about how good rhe place is. HIGHLY Recommend

13/07/2026: Relaxing atmosphere with delicious food, local kids working summer jobs. Great place to bring the in laws for some lunch or a tea and cake.
