Thomas was an absolutely wonderful trainer! He has a rare and unique touch, perfectly balancing training with laughter. We spent the whole day learning and laughing nonstop, and yet every bit of information he shared was valuable and practical. By the end of the session, we all managed to make a heart on our coffees with huge smiles on our faces. You can tell Thomas has a deep passion and strong connection to coffee, it shows in everything he does. He’s truly a pure coffee artist, and honestly, he must be protected at all costs! As somebody who knew nothing going into this course I had an absolute ball,Thomas helped me in so many ways like showing me how all the coffee machines work and creating a fun and open working environment . I will absolutely recommending this place to people in the future Thanks Thomas!

I did the Licence to Work 3-day barista course with Thomas, and it was such a good experience. He took us through everything, and made the whole thing feel really relaxed. I’d recommend it to anyone thinking of giving it a try.

I had an amazing experience at Dublin Barista School. The training was super hands-on and really well structured. A special shoutout to Vini, my trainer he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made every session fun and engaging. I learned so much about coffee, technique, and confidence behind the machine. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to start or improve their barista skill.

15/12/2025: Went for my birthday ,food was great,staff were brilliant and a superb atmosphere
15/12/2025: We stumbled across this resturaunt and were pleasantly surprised by the nice music, friendly staff and busy atmosphere. However we had to wait over 40 minutes food with no notice or apology, and whilst it was delicious, my partner found a hair on his burger so we then had to unfortunately wait even longer whilst the food was remade, leading to disappointment. That being said, the waiter who dealt with this problem was very polite and handled the matter with great care, hence the three stars. I appreciate resturaunt are busy working in hospitality myself but we were not that impressed today.
