Fantastic food with high quality local Irish ingredients, nice gastropub-atmosphere (including good selection of wine by the glass) and wonderful service! 🤩 Can especially recommend the starter «Dublin Smokies – house-smoked fish, créme fraiche, spring onion, leek, Dubliner cheese,cherry tomato» which was delicious!

We walked by this place many times going to and from our hotel nearby. Last night (our last night in Ireland) we made a reservation and had one of the best meals of our two month stay in Europe! Great food and service in an authentic gastropub.

This place does a great roast Sunday lunch. Been in Dublin a lot, and very often been disappointed with the Sunday lunches. This place has changed that. Had the roast pork it was spectacular and the accompanying veg was great. The gravy was outstanding. Been to Fallow in London recently and this was easily on par with that meal. This was followed by dessert that was out of this world, the panacotta was so creamy and the fruit coulis was just the right contrast to it. My wifes petit filous cheese cake was original and delicious. The Guinness was great as well.

We called here for a sunday roast, it was absolutely exceptional. It was so delicious, we couldnt fault anything. The staff were fantastic, they fitted us in even though we didnt have a reservation, very welcoming, would highly recommend. We would certainly return.

Fast service with a smile, delicious regional food. Huge portions. Definitely worth a visit for Irish cuisine.

Came for the Sunday roast as we're always excited to find a good one and had read great reviews. Unfortunately despite multiple nice touches and considerations like the gorgeous interior and the veggie roast coming with veg gravy for example, it was really disappointing. The roast potatoes were leathery, hard to cut and chew. The cauliflower cheese side was watery and not very well seasoned. The meat was soft and tasty but overall quite expensive for the portion size. Some of the digestifs also came as shots rather than in a glass with ice which I wasn't expecting. Wait staff are very friendly and attentive, but we did feel rushed. A heads up on pricing: a service charge is included in the bill, and for regular menus you have to order a certain amount per person, so it may not be suited to a group or special occasion as we'd hoped if everyone has to lock in and agree ahead of time.

We came here today for a roast dinner - we came in with no booking last minute and the waiter was very lovely and accommodating , the beef roast was gorgeous and whatever the puree was also delicious. The bar was dimly lit with a low level of music and so set the perfect atmosphere. Food was lovely + reasonably priced and service was great - would definitely return !
