Dún Artisan Bakery in Dungarvan

Bought a brownie and Focaccia here last weekend. It was super tasty and well recommended. The portions are generous and it really was homely food.

When you see a queue like this you know it’s gotta be good and my god I was not wrong. Pastries, sourdough bread and coffee were all fantastic.

Bit over hyped... Nothing special

Arrived roughly 40 mins before closing so unfortunately not a lot was left, but I consider that a good sign as they make what they envisage they need and minimise waste. Bakery looks very cool, nice interior and atmosphere, dark but inviting. There is a seating area of high stools at the wall and window, but otherwise no furniture, and as a result the space is really airy. You can see through to all the ovens and equipment and there is something really nostalgic and hands-on about it and traditional. I got the almond croissant and it was incredible. I wish I had been there earlier for more stuff, but next time.

Probably the best bakery in Munster. Simple as that.

We arrived late in the afternoon so many items were sold out for the day but we were still able to pick up some pastries which were superb. You can tell a lot of time and effort has been put into each pastry. Coffee there is lovely also. Would love to go back and try their sourdough

Beautiful Bakery and the bread and pastries are just stunning. I would give the Bakery a Michelin star or 2 so good! Loved the white Sourdough with Nettle, Templegall cheese and Wild Garlic and the Cruffin with Kiwi Gel, Orange Panna Cotta and Passiofruit. Amazing stuff!

Really good sour dough bread hard to find a better one, and the price is sufficient, however the buns/sausage rolls etc are extortionately priced, shame really, because they look lovely

Possibly the best bakery I’ve ever been to. Definitely the best almond croissant of my life and perfect baguette. Cappuccino was also lovely. Cannot wait to return!

Food always excellent and efficient service even at the busiest times. A great addition to our town and to our lives!
